Bardstown Bourbon 2026 Discovery

Mature Bourbon Finished in Rare Garryana Oak

Bardstown Bourbon 2026 Discovery blends three mature bourbons aged 7, 10, and 11 years, then rests the blend for four months in hand-harvested Garryana oak barrels from Oregon. Each barrel receives a custom three-hour toast, adding structure, spice, and toasted depth while allowing the mature bourbon at the core to remain the focus.
