Barrell Bourbon Foundation Double Barrel

Double the Barrel, Double the Complexity — Barrell Foundation

Barrell Craft Spirits is one of America's most celebrated independent bottlers — sourcing exceptional whiskey from distilleries across the country and blending them at cask strength to create expressions of extraordinary complexity. The Foundation Double Barrel takes their signature blending approach and adds a second barrel finish, layering additional complexity and depth onto an already exceptional base.

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Complex and inviting. Caramel and vanilla lead with a secondary barrel influence, dried fruit, and a warming spice from cask strength concentration.
• Palate: Rich and layered. Multiple barrel influences interplay with caramel, vanilla, and a warming spice that builds gradually.
• Finish: Long and warming. Oak and caramel linger with a complex, deeply satisfying close.
