Copper Fox Distillery in Sperryville, Virginia is one of America's most innovative craft distilleries, pioneering the use of fruit and nut woods for malt drying — a technique that sets their whisky apart from any other American single malt. Their Peachwood expression uses malted barley dried over peachwood smoke, imparting a uniquely delicate, fruity smokiness that is nothing like Scotch peat and entirely its own thing. Aged in small American oak barrels and crafted entirely on-site from grain to glass, it's a landmark American single malt.
