Don Pilar Tequila Reposado

Don Pilar Tequila Reposado is aged for 6 months in virgin American White Oak barrels — a notable choice that uses new, uncharred oak rather than the more common used barrels, imparting a more direct and pronounced oak character to the 100% Blue Weber agave spirit. The result is a harmony of agave and oak: the natural sweetness and freshness of the agave balanced against the vanilla, caramel, and wood spice of new American oak.

Six months in virgin oak is a commitment that produces a reposado of genuine depth and character — Don Pilar Reposado is the expression for the drinker who wants to taste the barrel as clearly as the agave.
