What Makes It Special

Garrison Brothers is Texas' first legal bourbon distillery, and they've proven that exceptional bourbon can be made outside of Kentucky. The extreme temperature swings of the Texas Hill Country create accelerated aging conditions, allowing the bourbon to extract maximum flavor from the barrels in less time than traditional Kentucky aging.

Honeydew showcases Garrison Brothers' commitment to quality and innovation, delivering a bourbon with distinctive sweet honey notes that complement the classic caramel and vanilla character. This is Texas bourbon at its finest - bold, flavorful, and unapologetically different from traditional bourbon.
