Pasote Tequila is produced by master distiller Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo Distillery in the Jalisco highlands — a brand built on the philosophy that great tequila requires nothing but great agave, rainwater, and time. The name "Pasote" refers to the epazote plant, a wild herb that grows naturally in the agave fields and is used in the fermentation process to add a distinctive herbal character.

Made from mature, estate-grown Blue Weber agave using only rainwater collected on-site, Pasote Blanco is a tequila of extraordinary purity and terroir expression — additive-free, deeply complex, and unmistakably highland.
