The color is a deep, dark amber with reddish hues. The nose is sophisticated and unhurried — dried herbs, mint, and subtle floral notes layered over vanilla, caramel, and well-integrated oak. On the palate, the rye spice is present but polished: cinnamon, anise, dried fruit, and a gentle earthiness that speaks to nearly two decades in the barrel.
