Named for the dramatic sea cliffs of Sliabh Liag, one of the highest in Europe, the distillery draws on the wild, untamed spirit of the landscape in every bottle.

The Dark Silkie is the richest, most complex expression in the Silkie range — a blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys with a significant proportion of peated malt, finished in oloroso sherry casks. The result is a whiskey of extraordinary depth: smoky, sherried, and deeply satisfying, with a character as dramatic as the Donegal cliffs themselves.
