A blend of five-, seven-, and eight-year-old bourbons from Kentucky and Tennessee — approximately 70% corn with a balance of rye and wheat — aged in high-end Napa Valley Cabernet barrels that impart toasty vanilla and dried-fruit notes. The water used comes from high in the hills of Alexander Valley at over 2,000 feet elevation, drawn from three pristine aquifers on rugged, remote property. The result is a bourbon of remarkable complexity and length.
