Weller Single Barrel Bourbon

W.L. Weller Single Barrel Bourbon

One barrel. One story. W.L. Weller Single Barrel is the most individualistic expression in the Weller lineup — a wheated bourbon bottled from a single barrel at Buffalo Trace, offering a level of specificity and character that no blended expression can replicate. Each barrel is unique, and each bottle is a snapshot of a single moment in time from a single cask.

True to the Weller wheated mash bill, the Single Barrel delivers the soft, approachable sweetness the line is known for — but with added depth and barrel-driven intensity that comes from isolation rather than blending. Expect rich vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak on the nose, with a palate that layers brown sugar, baking spice, dried fruit, and a long, warming finish. Barrel variation means every bottle tells a slightly different story — that's the point.
