123 Tequila Blanco 750ml

123 Organic Tequila Blanco — known as "Uno" — is the pure mother spirit from which the Dos (Reposado) and Tres (Añejo) expressions are born. Made from certified organic Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands, the agaves are watched over for as many as ten years before harvest — under the watchful gaze of the guardian snake (coatl) — then hand-harvested and slowly cooked in traditional stone ovens before being pressed to release their sugary juice.

After natural fermentation and small-batch distillation, the result is a blanco of exceptional purity: unaged and clean, with intense aromas of fresh agave, lemon peel, black pepper, and minerals. Smooth as silk with a slight sweet kick on a lengthy finish — so easy it's criminal.
