Calle 23 Tequila was founded by French biochemist Sophie Decobecq, who brought a scientist's precision and a purist's philosophy to the Jalisco highlands. The Blanco is an unaged 100% Blue Weber agave tequila that reflects the purest expression of agave flavor — soft and gentle yet with much character, made without additives and with meticulous attention to every step of production.

Full agave flavor with hints of fruit — especially Granny Smith apple and pear — in a long, lingering finish. This is the kind of blanco that makes you slow down and pay attention.
