Cenote Tequila takes its name from the sacred underground sinkholes of the Yucatán Peninsula — natural wonders that have been revered by the Maya for thousands of years. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Cenote Blanco is a lively, brilliant expression that is mellowed for three weeks in American oak barrels before bottling — a brief rest that adds subtle depth without compromising the fresh agave character.

Bright citrus and pepper on the nose, with continuous flavors of rich cooked agave, spices, subtle wood, and green vegetables. A blanco with a little more complexity than most.
