Don Vicente Tequila Reposado takes the same remarkably smooth body of the Don Vicente Blanco — with its distinctive 450-foot deep well water minerality and oxygenated butteriness — and rests it in used American White Oak Bourbon barrels for less than a year. The deliberate choice of used barrels is key: they add complexity without overpowering the natural character of the agave.

The cooked Blue Weber agave, minerality, and earthiness are all still very present, with hints of vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch layered on top. Remarkably smooth, with a depth that rewards careful sipping.
