Kilchoman Sanaig is the heavily sherried expression from Islay's farm distillery — a whisky that takes the distillery's signature peated character and wraps it in a rich, indulgent blanket of Oloroso sherry influence. Named after a rocky bay on the northwest coast of Islay, Sanaig is matured predominantly in Oloroso sherry casks with a smaller proportion of bourbon casks, creating a whisky of remarkable depth and complexity. At Kilchoman, everything is done on-site — from malting and distilling to bottling — making it one of the most authentically craft distilleries in Scotland.
