Milam & Greene Triple Cask Bourbon is a masterclass in blending — three hand-selected straight bourbons from three states, each bringing something distinct to the final pour. Texas bourbon from a 300-gallon pot still adds a pop of spice. Kentucky whiskey from a continuous column still contributes vanillas and fruits. Sourced vintage Tennessee whiskey provides structure and tannins. Master Distiller Marlene Holmes and her team distill in both Blanco, Texas and Bardstown, Kentucky, using a 70% corn, 22% malted rye, 8% barley mash bill with a proprietary yeast recipe. The whiskey is aged across three states before coming to Texas for final aging, batching, proofing, and bottling.
