Sagamore Spirit took their 4-year-old Maryland straight rye whiskey and did something genuinely inspired: finished it separately in vermouth, bitters, and cherry brandy barrels for an additional 20 months, then blended the three back together to create a whiskey that is essentially a Manhattan in a bottle.

The nose delivers herbaceous notes followed by flavors of rye baking spices and dark cherry — the classic Manhattan flavor profile translated into a single, beautifully crafted spirit.
