Santa Teresa 1796 Rum 750ml
Venezuela. Solera Aged. Since 1796.
Santa Teresa 1796 is Venezuela's most celebrated rum — a solera-aged expression from Hacienda Santa Teresa, one of the oldest and most storied rum estates in the Americas, founded in 1796 in the Aragua Valley. The 1796 expression uses a traditional solera aging process that blends rums of different ages — some as old as 35 years — in a continuous fractional blending system that produces a rum of extraordinary complexity and consistency. The result is a Venezuelan rum of genuine prestige: smooth, rich, and deeply layered, with the character of decades of aging in every glass.
Tasting Notes

- Palate: Luxuriously smooth and layered — dark caramel, dried fruit, chocolate, and warm spice with a silky mouthfeel and a depth that speaks to decades of solera aging
- Finish: Exceptionally long and warming with lingering caramel, dried fruit, and a dignified oak warmth
