Santo Cuviso Blanco Bacanora 750ml
Santo Cuviso Blanco Bacanora is a traditional agave spirit from the state of Sonora, Mexico — made from wild Agave angustifolia (Pacífica), the same agave used exclusively for bacanora production. Bacanora is a regional designation protected by Mexican law, produced only in Sonora, and carries centuries of tradition behind it — including a period of prohibition from 1915 to 1992 that only deepened its cultural mystique.
Santo Cuviso is one of the most respected names in the bacanora category, crafting their spirits using traditional methods: wild agave harvested from the Sonoran mountains, roasted in earthen pits, naturally fermented, and distilled in small copper stills. The Blanco expression is unaged and bottled to showcase the raw, expressive character of the wild agave and the rugged Sonoran terroir.
