Xoriguer Gin de Mahón is one of the world's most historically significant gins — a grape-based spirit from the island of Menorca, Spain, and one of only three gins in the world to hold a geographical designation of origin. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills using wood fires, this gin has been produced in Mahón since the 18th century, when British sailors introduced gin to the island.
