Redbreast Lustau Edition is a collaboration between two of the world's great craft traditions — Irish single pot still whiskey and Spanish sherry production. Distilled at Midleton Distillery in County Cork and matured in the usual combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, Redbreast Lustau then receives an additional finishing period in first-fill sherry butts sourced exclusively from the legendary Lustau bodega in Jerez, Spain.

The Lustau finish adds an extraordinary layer of sherry richness — deeper, more concentrated, and more complex than a standard sherry cask maturation. The result is a Redbreast expression with a distinctly Iberian soul: luscious, fruit-forward, and deeply satisfying.
