Santo Tequila Reposado Fino — co-created by Guy Fieri and Sammy Hagar — is an ultra-premium, 100% additive-free tequila that rests for around four to five months in the barrel. The deliberate choice of a shorter rest is intentional: just enough time to deliver the slightest notes of oak while preserving the vibrant, agave-forward character that defines the Santo Blanco.

"Fino" — meaning "fine" or "refined" in Spanish — reflects the philosophy behind this reposado: restraint and precision over heavy oak influence. The result is a reposado that sits closer to the blanco end of the spectrum, with a delicate oak touch that enhances rather than dominates.
